We at The Big Cheesee Inc love everything about food. You will find us making the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches you have ever had! The Big Cheese is also available for block parties, birthdays, and corporate events. We’re creative and experienced in party planning and would love to be a part of making your event an amazing experience for you and all your guests. Our service is based out of Bellmore, New York, but we provide catering for clients all over Long Island and throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
At The Big Cheesee Inc in Bellmore, New York, all of our sandwiches are made to order, and everything can be customized to your liking. We have many toppings to choose from, and all sandwiches are served on our GIANT signature breads stuffed with cheesy goodness.
Please ask us about our corporate catering..we do a lot more than just grilled cheese. We have taco themes, bbq themes, sausage and pepper/Italian style. We're a full 30ft kitchen on wheels and can make you anything!

Payment and Booking
The Big Cheese Corp truck books and schedules events as they come in, first come first served. To ensure and guarantee your events, we would like to have them booked at least two weeks prior. Also, an event isn't considered as being guaranteed and booked until a 1/3 deposit has been received with a signed contract of services. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event (before service begins). If your event is canceled 7 or more days prior to the event date, the full deposit will be refunded. If canceled less than seven days prior to the event, the full deposit will retained by The Big Cheese Corp Truck. It is not our responsibility to contact you, if we spoke about an event and I have not heard back from you two weeks before your event, it will not be held. We have lots of phone calls and everyone wants an event but not everyone follows through, we are not holding your spot if a deposit isn't made.
NO CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER OR REFUNDS.
All events will be charged 20% gratuity, travel fees, services fees, taxes and if it's a overnight event there is an additional fee. We love what we do and we do our best to make sure your event is amazing. When we're preparing the menu for you and your guests its specially made just for you so when booking its very important you provide the accurate total expected. Often, food trucks have to prepare food days in advance. If attendance is higher than anticipated, we don't want to run the risk of selling out well before the end of the event. Conversely, if orders are lower than anticipated, the trucks are likely to throw away food product so a total guest count will help the truck prepare appropriately. Also the season for food trucks is very short and therefore every weekend we need to try to book sometimes multiple events so timing is very important for us. If your booking is from 11:00 am-1:00 pm we will be leaving at 1:00 pm.

Fee Structure: We will require a booking fee to guarantee their availability for your special event. Please do not be surprised if our food truck refuses to pay an up-front fee as many festivals have promised the thousands of attendees
and delivered less than ¼ of the projected attendance. Ideally, if an event organizer is promoting the event, food trucks may pay the organizer 1-10% of their total sales at the end of the event. If this is a charitable event, trucks may donate 10% of net sales. If we do a flat FEE please keep in mind the truck would ideally need 10x that fee in sales to adequately cover the sales tax, food costs, labor, fuel and propane charges, disposables, insurances, and other costs of operation in order to profit. If you choose a flat fee structure, we have recommended that our members ask for a guarantee of attendance.
